Within the context of the technological dimension of the Museum of the Sea and Culture of Polis - Latchi, the team of the Eratosthenes Center of Excellence completed the digitization of selected exhibits, contributing to the development of Augmented Reality (AR) applications.

Through the use of advanced 3D scanning and digital documentation methods, physical objects also acquire a digital dimension, allowing visitors to explore them in new, interactive ways.

AR applications developed based on this data will offer an enriched museum experience, bringing the exhibition to life through animated graphics, information layers and multimedia content, which will be accessible via mobile devices or touch screens within the Museum.

This collaboration reinforces the goal of a modern, experiential and accessible museum, which combines cultural heritage with technological innovation.
